Executive Chef Moustafa El Refaey conducted a special workshop on the uses of pasteurized eggs in the savoury kitchen. Pasteurized eggs, known for their multiple use in the pastry kitchen, are also beneficial and suitable for use in the savoury kitchen.

Using EPEC’s pasteurized eggs, Chef Mostafa El Refaey prepared:

Scrambled Eggs

Chicken Lemon Rice Soup

Pasta Carbonara

Shrimp Fried Rice

Beef Medallions over Portobello Mushrooms, Grilled Tomatoes, topped with gratinated Hollandaise Sauce
